2018: Aunae-Stiftung

Ein Bericht von Prof. Dr. KIM Sung-Jae vom 24.12.2018

I would like to update you on the recent developments of the Aunae - Korea Theological Study
Institute (KTSI).

First of all, it has been decided that the Korea Theological Study Institute and the Journal of
“Theological Thought” will be run by Hanshin University.

Rev. Jong-su Kim, who is a leader of eco-community and Head of an alternative school, and his
colleagues (three pastors), will be in charge of Cheon-an Aunae. Diakonia sisters built their
headquarter building in Mokpo and moved to Mokpo.

Rev. Jong-su Kim, his colleagues, and I will take care of the financial debt of Aunae together. We will
reconstruct and refurbish the Aunae buildings, which were destroyed by last year’s typhoon disaster.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for all your support to Aunae  -  Korea Theological
Study Institute. Please forward this news to Churches and mission organizations in Germany.
