DAY 05 Prayer for Reunification
May the circumstances surrounding the Korean peninsula be improved, allowing nongovernmental aid agencies in the South to provide effective humanitarian support to the North.

Loving God, through the territorial division in 1945, the state division in 1948, and the national division in 1950, the North and the South have been separated. Due to the series of natural disasters since 1995, the North Koreans have continued to live in poverty. Grant them your grace, that they may live with the dignity with which you have created them. Now, through peaceful reunification, may there be balanced development between the North and the South. Open the doors for nongovernmental aid agencies and organizations to cooperate in the development of the North Korean society.
Almighty God, may the nongovernmental organizations of South Korea and other nations overcome the existing political pressures and barriers that block their efforts to help the globally marginalized North Korean citizens. Open the gates for life necessities and education to reach the children, and for medicines, hospital equipment, food, clothing and other daily items to reach the citizens. Grant that their vegetation may flourish to reverse the deforestation. We pray that needed resources may be freely delivered to North Korean citizens at any time.

처하지 않도록 도와주옵소서.
■ 장차 세워질 북한교회에 사이비, 이단 집단이 침투하지 않도록 지켜 주시옵소서.
무한하신 사랑으로 이 민족을 지켜 주시고 인도해 주신 하나님!
주님께서는 암흑 속에 허덕이는 이 민족을 지극히 사랑하셔서 일제의 억압 속에서 해방시켜 주시고 자유와 평화를 선물로 허락하여 주셨습니다. 주를 사랑하고 주의 계명을 지키는 자에게 언약을 지키시며 긍휼을 베풀어 주신 주님께 간절히 간구합니다.
하나님의 사랑과 은총을 입은 저희 성도들이 먼저 이 나라, 이 민족이 하나님께 범한 모든 죄를 자백하고 회개하오니 귀를 기울이시고 눈을 들어 이 나라, 이민족을 살피시사 불쌍히 여겨 주옵소서. 아직도 이 나라가 하나가 되지 못하였으며, 저 북녘 땅 형제들은 억압과 기아 상황 속에 허덕이며 생존을 위해서 고향산천을 떠나서 유리방황하는 비참한 모습으로 살아가고 있습니다. 하나님, 그들의 비참함을 기억하여 주시고 그들이 발붙여 살 곳을 찾지 못하고 저 넓은 중국땅을 헤매다가 붙잡혀 다시 강제로 압송되지 않도록 하나님이 주의 날개 아래 보호해 주시옵소서.
사랑의 하나님!
남과 북으로 갈라진 우리 민족이 평화적으로 통일이 되어 저 북한 땅에 예전처럼 교회가 다시금 아름답게 세워지고, 곳곳에 세워진 교회에서 하나님을 찬양 하는 찬송과 기도 소리가 울려 퍼지게 하여 주옵소서. 북녘 땅에 세워진 교회의 강단마다 바른 복음이 선포되어지게 하여 주옵시고, 모든 교회가 건강하게 성장 할 수 있도록 축복하여 주시옵소서. 주님이 피로 사신 교회에 사이비와 이단들이 침투하지 않도록 교회를 지켜 주시고, 이를 위해 먼저 믿는 저희들이 바른 신앙으로 무장하게 하여 주시옵소서. 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
