Fwd: [Dec. 31] People sing together to say good-bye 2015 and welcome 2016. The letter reads. "Gangjeong, the Life and Peace village.' People sing together, 'Gangjeong, even though you are the smallest village, peace starts from you." The lyric comes from the words of Bshop Kang U-Il years ago.

[Dec. 31]  Comfort Women
Demolition of the girl sculptures which are in remembrance of the victims of military sexual slavery under the Japanese imperialism? No more talks on the comfort women? Are they attempt to realize the ROK-US-Japan military alliance even by killing the memory on those women? This is a photo from the Jeju Island where a war base is being built as a part of that trilateral alliance..We remember those victimized women forever. We will do our best for such tragedy not to be repeated. We will do our best to realize an Island of demilitarization and a sea of peace and co-existence... (Photo by JoYakgol 유동성)
