DAY 54 Prayer for Peaceful Reunification

May the churches in East Asia interact peacefully and fulfill their calling as apostles of love and peace.

God of love, thank you for planting the seed of the gospel in East Asia. May there be loving fellowship among the churches of East Asia. May they be united as one in your love. We pray that the Christians in East Asia will fulfill their calling as apostles of peace, and that the seed of the gospel will grow and bear good fruit.

Loving God, despite the national and ethnic differences, may there be genuine love among East Asian Christians. In the midst of international political tension, may they find the truth and be apostles of justice and peace. Give us the courage to be the first to extend a hand of reconciliation. May we forgive each other and become one. Transcending our different languages and cultures, let us praise you with united hearts. May we be a faith community that obeys you alone. We pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.

동북아시아 여러 교회들이 서로 평화롭게 교류하며 사랑과 평화의 사도로서의 사명을 다하도록 하옵소서.

사랑의 하나님, 동북아시아에 복음의 씨앗을 뿌려주시고 교회를 세워 주심에 감사드립니다. 동북아시아 교회들 사이에 사랑의 교제가 넘치게 하옵소서. 교회가 하나님의 사랑으로 온전히 화합하게 하옵소서. 교회가 연합하여 하나가 되게 하옵소서. 그리스도인들이 동북아시아의 평화의 사도의 사명을 잘 감당하도록 도와주시옵소서. 각 나라에서 복음의 씨앗이 잘 자라고, 좋은 열매를 맺도록 은총을 베풀어 주옵소서. 

사랑의 하나님, 나라와 민족은 달라도 그리스도인들 사이에 진정한 사랑이 자리를 잡게 하소서. 국제정치의 갈등 속에서도 진실을 찾게 하시며, 정의와 평화의 사도가 되게 하옵소서. 먼저 화해의 손길을 내미는 용기를 주시며, 서로의 잘못을 용서하고 하나가 되게 하옵소서. 언어와 문화는 달라도 한 마음으로 하나님을 찬양하게 하옵소서. 오직 하나님께만 온전히 순종하는 믿음 공동체가 되게 하옵소서. 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
